dealing with an indivual who was doing this

I am extremely worried about a friend of mine. We have both had very similar experiences in the past and lately they seem to be getting worse for the both of us. The only thing I can really use to link this is that we're both spending large amounts of time at the other's house, and we're both fairly...Sensitive, I guess you could say? Hi!
I just want to start out by saying I am a sensitive. I can see and hear ghosts, as well as read other peoples energies and feelings, but im not that developed as a sensitive.
No matter where I am at (home, work, friends house), i feel ghosts all around me. I have come to believe that I am the place that ghosts are haunting. I am the only one that feels uncomfortable in these places.

So, I want your opinion. They don't bother me, but I would like to know why they...

Okay I need a little advice on shadows and if a individual can be haunted and the reason I ask this is because well I'm seeing shadows and I'm not talking out of the corner of your eye but straight on right in front of your face shadows. That goes from the hall way entrance to the kitchen real fast and if the light from the living room is on then it's kind of blurry and if the lights are off then you could see the whole figure from head to knees. Sometimes I think it's my dad...

I have always had an interest in the paranormal and have been highly sensitive to ghosts and people's feelings.
I sometimes see shadows, and ghosts, and hear voices when there are no others around. But I am most in-tune with my feelings..I get sad if one of my friends are sad, and when I take part in seances, I get images in my head and feel what the spirit feels.
I use the Ouija board, and love my tarot cards.
My house is incredibly old, and I have always felt...watched...

My parents moved into our first house when I was 10, it was an older house but I was always anxious about the cellar. My bedroom was on the second floor and I always thought I saw shadows in the hallway. It wasn't more than a five by five area but it always seems like there was something there watching the three bedrooms. It wasn't until we moved to the second home that I started to have more experiences. I always felt like I was being watched when I was alone in the house....
