Has anyone here ever astral projected and come across aliens?

A personal experience, shared with my wife (who was driving) on 4th July this year.

What could be the daftest thing to do on a night full of fireworks in the USA ? perhaps to go UFO spotting. Well, for something to do and to have a look at some areas of Oklahoma that we hadn't seen, we decided on just such a trip. Having just moved here from Minnesota, we have regularly travelled around looking at the surrounding area.

me and my cousin wer riding bikes at around six when he spot a light in the sky he told me and i looked and saw it. it was like a bright star in the light of day and was moving slowy as we watched it we saw it then dissapear a few minutes later it reappeared and was in the same form i may also ad that the mountain range where we saw it is the l.a. mountains a ufo hot spot the next day at the same time i saw the same object moving over the mountains.
