It is about 10months old now, but the orbs? in it have me puzzled and I would love someone's opinion on them. How do I post the photograph?
Thank you.

I finally worked out how to post the photograph. The pic was taken at my daughters MIL house. My granddaughter was 3 weeks old in it. Is it just a messed up
photograph or are they orbs?
Thanks |

Wow that's really weird. Was it a digital camera?

yes I think it was, not totally sure. My daughter lives in England and I am in America, so I had to rely on photographs until I managed to get over to see
them. I think it is strange that the orbs? are affecting their eyes. I like to think it was my mum and dad looking after them, but really I don't know
anything about orbs.

I really don't know for sure. But I will say that it creeps me out!!
That's why I asked if they were taken with a digital camera. If it had been film, there could habve just been something wrong with the film OR when they were developed. I hope someone can give you a better understanding than I can. |

Yes it creeps me out somewhat, but I did not tell my daughter that. She freaked about it! It was taken on a digital camera and she sent it to me via email.
Thank you for your reply Deb. |

WOW! So she saw them too??
Has she said anything unusual was or has been happening where she lives?? I really need more information to be sure what's going on. |

Yes she saw them too , she had not said anything unusual was happening where she lives. The baby was only three weeks old at the time, the only other thing
that creeped her out was when the baby was looking up at a photograph on the wall of my mum and dad and the baby was smiling and would keep turning back to the
picture. Even when my daughter was holding the baby she would turn her head to look at the picture and she would laugh. The photograph with the blobs was taken
at her mil house and my daughter did not say anything unusual had happened there.
Thanks Deb. |

Sara--hello again! I have expertise in film cameras not digital. When I first saw the picture (only one showing up on my pc), I thought someone had burned the
negative and I mean that literally. Had an accident in the darkroom once, looked just like it. You might try sending a message to Titanic003 and ask Titanic to
come look at it. Titanic seems to have more expertise with digital cameras.

Hi Sara, I would have to have the original image on my pc. But from looking at it here, trying to not rain on your parade, it appears the photo has been
disturbed in some way. I've taken thousands of images both 35mm to digital shots, and even by blowing the "orbs" up they have never given this
appearance before. The pattern of the orbs I've captured have the ring effect in almost all, but not this pronounced and definately covering each
person's eye. Almost as if it was done to cover the person's identity. I am leaving this open as I DO NOT want to ever sound like I am a know-it-all on
anything, since this is an unproven field still. I would strongly suggest more information on the exact model of camera and who took, possessed the original
before sending it to you. I have run across photoshopped images that were tampered with, but nothing on this scale.
I wish I could help more, but like evp's, and investigating as long as I have, i need originals before i make any concrete conclusions. Tom-CPI P.S. Thanks Fair for the kind words, I don't think of myself an expert on anything

Thanks for your replies, I appreciate them and I don't feel like your raining on my parade at all. The photograph was taken 9 months ago and it was only a
few days ago after my hubby seeing it for the first time and he suggesting that they could be orbs. When my daughter saw it, she asked me what had happened to
their eyes? I am thinking the picture looked OK at her end, but I will ask her about it today because I am not totally sure. I know she was freaked out by it
and I had to calm her down at the time. I will find out more info, but I am sure there will be some technical reason for it. One thing I will say for sure, is
that the eyes were NOT covered to hide identity, why would someone do that? It is my daughter and granddaughter and was sent to me, so no reason to hide
anything. Thanks again, I am sure there is a reasonable explanation for it, but in no way was it fixed, why would that be done. I will ask my daughter more
info today, thanks again.

The only other info I have now is that her husbands Uncle took the photograph. I know he would not tamper with it, but I am sure something had to happen to it
somehow. It is freaking me out now lol I will bet back later thanks

Great, keep us informed with anything else you discover.
Like I mentioned, I would never imply it was tampered with. Many times on the internet, people will hide the identity of family members, especially with all the nuts out there. And always children are blocked for the same reason. Let me know if you have any other findings. Or even a few pictures of the same location with your daughter/grand daughter, other than this one. And if you can check with family members to see if this is the one and only photo this has happened to. Tom |

That's why I was asking about it being digital. I really don't know much about this at all.
It still freaks me out!! But I know we'll figure it out somehow...lol |

Is it possible that something was on the camera lense? It is so bizzare how it is covering their eyes. Were there any other photos taken with the same camera
with the same effect?

Very strange. What are the chances of getting an original copy of the image straight from the camera? I'd love to have a look at it in full resolution. If
you are able to get an unaltered original please send me a message and I'll give you my email. I have some friends who know a lot about digital cameras and
may be able to get an answer on this for you.

Thanks for all your replies. Sorry I have not got back earlier been woking and with the time difference between here and Engalnd it has been difficult trying
to get hold of my daughter. My daughter said the photo was taken with a Cannon camera not sure of the exact model. She sent it to me straight from the camera
and did not alter the size and neither did I. It must of been set at the size taken, hope I am making sense. I am off work tomorrow so I will see if I can find
out anything different. I did look at other photographs sent the same time and there is nothing wrong with them.
Thanks again |

Maybe something happened when it was put up on the image server? Because there is no EXIF data which can always be gotten by right-clicking on the image, going
to properties and then advanced. It will tell the camera that took the image as well as the date, time, image size and camera settings used. This one does not
have that information.
