Hello everyone. I'm new here. It is so nice to find a comunity of people that share similar gifts. I wanted to introduce myself to everyone here. My name is Jon, and I've known/ had several of these gifts my entire life. I have even helped local law enforcement with my abilities. For some reason me and my younger sister have had these gifts very strong. I have the following abilities...Psychic, sensitive, medium, clairvoyant, clairaudio, pre and post-congnitive. For a long time I blocked out these gifts because I did not know how to control what I see...and who/what I see as far as spirits, etc. in this world that have not moved on. My lack of being able to control it is what scared me and why I blocked it out for so long. It was like I could open the door, but not being able to control what came through that door. So I experienced negative energy, spirits, and non-human entities that would scare the pants off of someone not aware of this part of our world. Then after blocking out this gift for so long, with my strong belief in God, I realized as I got older that He gave these gifts to me for a reason...I was supposed to use it. I have helped in the past on a few police cases that because of my "sight" was able to bring several children and adults alike, home safely when all other hope was lost. I have also helped countless spirits move on to where they needed to go. It feels good to have others like me here to say these kinds of things....as most that come in contact with me I don't mention it because I'm looked at like I'm crazy, until I tell them something about their lives that I could not possibly know. afraid. Not of my gifts, but of the people around me. I blocked my gifts because of the reactions of the people around me. unfortunately, I still live in the
"Bible Belt" and they don't tend to react to my gifts in a positive way even if the gifts are from God.

I've just recently (past 5 years or so) re-discovered my gifts. I've had them since I was a child, but blocked them so as to not be told I was crazy or looking for attention. I'm still working on the control thing. But i've done a lot of thinking and have come to the conclusion that because I'm SO empathic, I can't control them right now. All the emotions get in my way...lol |

Hello there and it's nice to meet you too. I understand how you feel about how the rest of your local community feels about things like that....well, not just with gifts like those of us on here possess...but it is generally "human nature" for those that do not either have these same gifts, or basically anything that humans encounter that they do not understand or can not use the other 5 senses that all the rest have to explain something then they ridicule or deny what THEY can not see or understand themselves. In my case, my gifts are so strong that I can literally take someones hand in mine and visually see images, "feelings", and even merge right into my medium abilities to help them. Here is a situation of mine that imprinted on me as this person was close to me. When I was putting myself through college the second time around...I worked at a local bank where I developed close relationships with those that I always helped.... there was this elderly lady, she was about 85 at the time...a sweet woman that would only come to me to help her... I hadn't seen her in a few weeks so I was worried...then I saw her one day, I could tell she was different somehow... I did not know this at the time but her husband had just passed... I could see something different in her eyes... standing there I took her hand....instantly saw it all and was channeled as a medium...and said to her... "Charles says he's in heaven and he is okay...and has been looking down on you every day." The look in her eyes was both of stunned amazement and that she knew I had NO way of knowing those things about her and a few other messages he gave me to give her. The name of "Charles" was only known to her because he went by his middle name of Harry. I had helped someone know that their spouse of 55 years was still with them from heaven. She was so grateful and thanked me. It was then I knew that I could not block these gifts anymore....God was telling me that I was supposed to learn how to use what He had given me...and I have been doing so ever sense. So moral of my story.... dont turn away from what He has given you... He doesnt bestow that on very many. You'll find a way to use your gifts. Take care, Jon |

Thank you for the offer. LOL I am quite in tune with my gifts now. I do have some trouble with my focus right now, but that's due to a lot of stress
I'm under at home right now. It seems that I can't seem to concentrate on much of anything for a long period of time. But I know that this will
eventually pass and I'll be right back on track!

Welcome to Shadowlands Mouse1972... I am very interested in how you were able to get your local police to allow you or your sister be allowed to help in police investigations? Do you know someone on the police force? I am asking for I have been working on getting myself involved with my local police department and I have a neighbor/friend who is a police detective and does know about my gifts for he witnessed my personal message to him prior to having another police man who he worked with get shot and killed. He had come to me with a dream and I told him what I saw which took place. But he told me that it is very rare to use an outsider in cases who are psychics just because the amount of paperwork and what they are to get paid for services rendered. So how did you work with the police as you mentioned with your sister? I have worked with a police psychic on St. Martin while I was on vacation and I ran into a man whose two dogs were stollen and I was able to give him details about the abduction and infact told him another man would appear who would arrive in a silver car. I gave the man who I met at the beach all the information I was getting from a cold reading and images and what was to may have happened. Several days later, I saw that man from the beach and he told me that I was 100% right on the man arriving in the silver car for it was the police psychic and that this detective wanted to speak to me further for he and I shared the same images of the situation.. I was unable to get in touch with this police detective for the next day I was leaving the island of St. Martin.. I told this man from the beach this and he said that he would keep the psychic dective updated too.. So I am interesting in what you have to say about this police involvement? Thanks in advance, I walk another spiritual path and it does not involve a single deity or god but many gods/goddess so I appreciate your candor to you faith but I do not share that same faith! |

Let me clarify that both my younger sister and I possess several of these gifts very strong and have our whole lives. I do not work on things like this with her. As to how I was involved in using my abilities/gifts with a local police department.... I had the inside track so to speak. I actually worked for the Police Dept. but in a very technical role. Professionally I am a Network and Database Administrator for them. And much like you, through personal contact of having personal relationships with many of the officers, over time they knew my abilities/gifts were true, genuine, and could not be ignored. When they came upon what was the first case I helped them with...they were at a complete dead end and knew that time was of the essence if this child was infact still alive for them to get to them in time. They actually came to me and asked for my help. I was able to take a personal affect of the child's that was found at the physical point of disappearance and guide them to her in time. It blew the police chief's mind as he didnt know that I could do that. From that point on they "quitely" took advantage of my services. I have never or would I ever charge a fee for the help I can offer. As I do not believe that, that is why I was given these gifts. And as far as your comment about the religion.... that's fine. We all have our own personal beliefs. I do not "judge" those that differ from mine, and ask the same in return. Those of us on here all share something very special in common... but that doesnt mean we share everything in common and that is okay with me as it allows for different perspectives on things. |

Interesting aspects you shared.. So are you still working with the police department ? When you say you have gifts what are they if you do not mind sharing? I mean the one you just mentioned where you can feel and gain an insight from a persons clothing is called.. I am asking for I am curious about the gifts your sister shares too? Do you think it is genitic link or other source? Have you worked on any other cases for the police or was this an isolated instance? When you guided the police what did you say or share that the police found the child in time? I am asking all these questions for a reason as to better understand you and your gifts.. It helps me to understand you and your perception better. I am very analytical and I do ask questions and very interested in how you conveyed your findings to the police? I am sorry if this is too private but I am really asking how or what you sensed, saw, felt etc about this child and if you have done this with other cases? Did you get images in your mind's eye or brow chakra or did you get auditory astral help or spirit whispers? Did you see or sense this as like a black and white movie from beginning to end? Are you empathic in nature so you were physically present with the girl and thus was able to get some visual images as to where she was found? I am asking for I want to better understand and my direction of getting with my own police department is very different. Since you work in the IT field has your gifts helped you in other ways too?? Sorry it has been hectic with a new client I brought on board for my business a few weeks ago getting details ironed out. But never fear... I hath returned. To answer your questions and keep the conversation thread going... in regards to the other forms of the "gift" that I possess...I shared those with the group in my first post that actually started this thread. I have worked on several cases with law enforcement. Now, it is not something that hits the front page so to speak because most aren't comfortable in consulting people like us. It is not truely accepted in the mainstream of things. Especially because in my experience, those that do not have the kind of abilities that we here have, dont understand or believe it to be real/ true. To answer your question about how I can use physical objects belonging to a missing individual.... or when I make physical contact with someone right in front of me. What channels for me is almost like someone taking a stack of colour photographs and flipping right through them. I can see in vivid detail snapshots if you will of events and other things in that person's life. And sometimes things that have not yet happened. I have actually warned people before to take a different route because I see danger ahead for them. These friends, family and those that I am aquinted with... have taken my advise and been amazed every single time because they'll call me saying they took the route I told them to going home and that they saw on the news that the route they would've taken if it hadn't been for me they would've been seriously injured or killed. Do not worry about offending me in regards to your beliefs and mine. We are all different, I do not judge others for believing something that I may not and vice versa... But that was the aspect or point I was referring to when I was asking about what types of cases but now I know that you do not want to get too personal about it so I will walk away from any more questions.. Thanks for sharing how you view these events.. I am like you in that I do get precognitive information and premonitions for others and family members.. I have been doing this my entire life! I really wanted to know more but I got your additional information and I know that you were actually part of the crime group or close to the some of the situations.. |

You were not "probing" into something I'm not willing to discuss. I didnt realize that you were looking for specifics into the cases that I have worked on with police. What exactly were you wanting to know about the cases? How I helped them? or what cases were they? I know you are trying to work with your local PD.... so let me know what you want to know specifically and I will do my best to help. Oh and just so you know, not all the cases I've worked on had a happy ending. There was one case that stays with me to this day... an 8 year old little girl that had been reported missing a couple days prior to me being contacted by the local PD here. I came down to the Police Department. They gave me something of hers. I immediately began getting images, colours, smells, and location. Then it came over me and they said my face went pale... and I uttered the words, "it's to late, she's already gone, what I'm seeing is where her body is." that was really a sad day for me. But at least her family was able to put her to rest... and I got the image of the back of a Ford pickup truck and a plate number. That eventually brought her aductors to justice. Hope that helps. but the privacy of the people involved in the case? Until a case goes to court, all the material used in an investigation is privileged--shared on a
need-to-know basis. If a case never goes to court, the records remain privileged and in most states criminal charges attach for breaching that privilege.
I'm sure you don't mean to either malign Mouse's veracity or encourage him to commit a felony.

Hello MM... it has been a while since my last post. Things have been crazy. As far as the main types of cases I work with the Police on are mainly missing
person cases where they feel that foul play may be a good possiblity. A lot have been children under the age of 15. Part of the reason I haven't posted in
a while is well, I can channel my gift to current cases.... but it is so strong that it also tends to open doors that are not intended to open and open
gateways that both good and bad entities and spirits can enter through. I had to shut that off. As some negative entities are very strong and it was hard
pushing them back... very draining. Im sorry I have not been able to write since this summer. but I've been closing gateways.

Well I've had these gifts my whole life too... just got into a couple cases that had more negative energy in one place then I could almost not deal with...and push back. I dont mean a negative spirit. I mean in the sense that there were a couple of entities that were so negative and it was so strong... they didnt feel like they were once in human form. Because my medium gifts are very strong... I wont deal with entities like that. As I dont know if I can keep them out.... of me mainly. Messing with entities like that without learning how to control it beforehand I feel is not a smart thing to do. So until I learn how to control that... only spirits that were once in human form for me... thank you very much. lol. |

I must say I have enjoyed reading your post as alot of what you say fringes on what I do. So far from what you have said ,you seem to have the gift of Psychometry and why are you spending your time closing down Gateways as these are needed not only for spirits and such to pass from the other worlds to this but also for them to pass from this world to the others...Dimensional Doorways...sort of like the highways. or is it that you mean Portals such as the ones that enable Hauntings to take place. I agree with you that at this point in your development you should not be dealing with any negative energies if you do not know how to handle them, but remember negative energies can be very clever,lying and munipalating and if they realise that you only deal with what you say human form then they will appear that way. On one of my clearings and there have been many like this ,but I will only quote one in particular,I was dealing with what was thought to be a sweet little girl that exuded positive energy it was only when I got close that this turned into a full grown evil %$+*% pulsating negativity that bad that it was one of the toughest cases I have ever worked on...Myself I am a Medium and high Exorcist,I too have had all my gifts all my life and possess them all...I am an Astral traveller and Remote Viewer have been on the television, worked with the police in theUK and also for the church..I help people and spirits whether demonic or lost souls all over the world sometimes without leaving my home.I have never been taught by books all my teachings have come from the spirit world..So mouse if ever you need help or advise just PM me,and I wish you luck but remember don`t and I mean if you are ever banishing anything show any fear. |

Spiritlady is right!! Also VERY talented!! In my opinion, I don't think you can ever learn enough shielding and protections...ever!! Sometimes things will just happen. I say definitely shield and protect, but also use your common senses too. When something bad sneaks up on you, you need to treat it just like you would in real life...with 'street smarts' I hope this makes sense. I really don't know how else to describe it. |
