9-11 and Precognition- Did You See It Coming? |

The events of 9-11 are indelibly etched on my mind. It is something I think about everyday, sometimes not even consciously. Perhaps the most eerie thing about
it to me is that I think I saw it coming. Roughly two weeks before it happened I was watching the national news and they were airing the not-too-hot story of
the most recent negociations between the Israelis and the Palestinians. I say "not-to-hot" because I think we all take these meetings and talks for
granted. This was certainly not the first time the two parties had met in order to work out their differences. After a couple days, one side (I don't
remember which) had walked out and left. Upon hearing this I felt what I like to refer to as "the Icy Thrill Of Clairvoyence". I knew then, with 90%
certainty, that there was going to be a huge terrorist attack in either Jerusalem or New York. I told a friend this, but she does not remember me talking about
it since she and myself were in the habit of talking about the supernatural frequently. A day or two before I had a dream about planes bombing buildings and
the morning of 9-11 I woke up knowing I had dreamt the night before but could not remember my dreams. I was on edge and nervous all morning for seemingly no
reason. Then it happened. Of course the story of 9-11 itself has obscured these incidents now. But now I wonder; who else knew it was coming?

yea i was little at the time but i had a dream about a builiding crashing to the ground exploding with flames and people screaming and running...and the
whirring sound of what at the time sounded like a semi truck or something like that dying, whick i later realized could have been a plane. i remember waking
up scared, and not being able to go back to sleep but the next day i just went on with my happy life and forgot all about it and then a couple days later 9-11
happened...i was so scared when i got older and it all clicked in my mind...and its still freaks me out alot...alot alot...but yeah *shudders*

I actually had a dream about a bomb in a building in New York that caused it to collapse, but not 9-11.

I actually had a dream the day before 9-11, on 9-10 and in my dream it was
about my dead uncle who came to me who used to be a fireman and was holding up a bottle of Scotch and dropped the full bottle and I saw the glass shatter from the bottle.. I told my dad this dream and than the Twin Towers came down.. I saw it as a possible warning of the event of the next day but with dreams for me sometimes they are just dreams but this one had great imagery and color too.. It was like time had stopped when I had this dream.. I know that I mentioned this somewhere else on here before.. I beleive this topic has been discussed too maybe another forum on here? I remember the events,,,,some more than others. there's was just so much mass confusion of it all.
I didn't dream the events, which is odd that night but my dreams have been getting more prevailent as i got older like around 25 or 26 (I'll be 33 in september) but i have dream foreshadowing like my mother and her's didn't 'turn on' until her grandmother died (which was roughly about the same age as i am now).... However, i'm sensitive to vibrations (strong ones...) i can tell you there was a definate VIBE that day. I just didn't pick up on it and i don't think a lot of people did. I remember at 2 in the morning, i was woken up by a dripping noise....i'm a heavy sleeper and if i hear it it's loud! It was coming from the apartment upstairs...their dishwasher was leaking. I came to work and no one was talking or even faking a good mood. This is odd because all our bosses (I worked in a corporate office for a chain of dollar retail stores) were in new york that week so we should have been in a good mood because it was slow The one buyer who didn't go to new york came by....told us about the plane running into the first building..... everything was blur of events.....the plane going into the second tower......my fighting with fed ex because my boss needed sales reports delievered in manhatten that day (it still hadn't hit me yet).....plane crashing into the pentagon.....somewhere in the craziness because that blurs one of the buildings had already fallen and i watched the second building fall on tv..... But i think what i'm trying to get too is a lot of people had vibrations.....i just don't think we understand or could comprehend that could happen...even the day before if someone had said two plane would run into the towers and knock them down we'd think they were crazy! No way that could happen. Our world changed in 45 minutes....never been the same since...... I miss those days. |

For a month before I did have dreams of myself dying in a plane crash. As 9/11 grew closer I saw more and more, at first it was just me in a plane that
crashed, then it was me in a plane that crashed into a building and finally it was me in a plane that crashed into a building in NYC. The day before and hours
leading up to it I knew something was wrong but didn't know until I was told by my then Vice Principle. When I got home and saw the footage it was exactly
what I had seen before.
Same thing happened to me before the Columbine and Virginia Tech shootings and a few local tragedies here in town. |

In the very early morning hours of 9/11 about 3 a.m. the morning of.... I woke up in a burning/cold sweat and my wife at that time woke up b/c I flew straight
up to a seated position in bed... at that time in my life I didn't know what the "twin towers" in N.Y. looked like...but saw the explosion
vividly and smoke with people screaming. It wasn't 6 hrs later that morning I got a call from family b/c I was living in another state at the time....
asking if we were at home and okay. I asked... "why?" ...they said turn on the t.v. .... and I literally saw the nightmare I had a few hours earlier
appearing on the television.

I knew there'd be others here who had picked up on it as well. PICNY and Mouse1972-your experiences are particularly startling.

I didn't dream it, I sensed it. You see, I'd been on the East Coast vacationing for two weeks, bouncing between NJ, NY & MA. I had chosen a return
date of Sept 10 because it was cheaper to fly back that day, vs the 11th. I've flown many times, both commercially and for fun, in a small plane. Never
have I been scared, nor had I ever bothered reading the pamphlets about what to do in an emergency. However, I had an overwhelming sense of ominous doom my
entire return trip on Sept 10, flying out of Philadelphia. I couldn't figure out why I was suddenly reading the emergency pamphlets. Not once, but several
times. I felt unnerved and could not understand why I felt that way. It all "came together" the next morning sitting at my desk at work when my
supervisor turned the TV on in time for us to see the second Twin Tower being crashed into. It was surreal as heck because I had already lived through the
Murrah Building bombing nightmare in Oklahoma City. I shuddered to think "what may have been" had I returned home on 9-11. My friend, who I'd
just visited, worked in Manhattan just a few blocks from the Twin Towers. She literally had to walk out of Manhattan to get home. With communications systems
down, it was unnerving not knowing for several days whether she was okay or not. Notably, she had used a personal picture of the World Trade Center as a
wallpaper on her computer, having just visited it shortly before my arrival.

Wow..
GalaxyStar54..
Welcome to Shadowlands... I have heard of others who had similar type of events or as I may say were not where they were to be at the time of 911 took place. Personally for my wife, her brother is a Cournal in the marines and he was working at the Pentagon that week during that attack but it was his day off. He was at another meeting in another location that day.. Another of my wife's cousin was to be working in the Twin Towers that day but he had over slept and missed his trains for work.. He was ok too.. Yet another of my cousins was to be at the Twin Towers too but the meeting was changed at the last minute and they were not to be at work that day. I have talked to other online whose did loose family on that day and it still is very haunting how so many others have or were so close to being at one of these locations and for whatever reason was spared the tragic events happening to them.

SydneyAnderson, I think it's interesting that the people in your office as well as several people who I worked with, were all in bad moods, as if they were
picking up on something they were not consciously aware of.

I have to agree.. Maybe a global sense by the others as something bad was about to happen?

Although for some reason I was aware of the Oklahoma City Bombing pretty much when it happened, I never got so much as a "twinkle" from 9-11,
Virginia Tech or from any of the tragedies that have happened since then. All I can conclude is that I was *made* aware of the Oklahoma City thing by something
external to me, which did not feel impelled to a repeat performance with any of these events. I'm actually kind of glad, considering what Oklahoma City did
to me.
During the 9-11 event, I was manning a switchboard. I read a little blurb on the Internet that morning about a plane hitting one of the Towers, but for some reason I thought it was a small private plane. Then the switchboard went totally dead. No calls. None. That was unusal because it was the corporate switchboard for a major cell phone company - we always had backlogs of angry customers wanting to speak directly with the CEO. (Not gonna happen, but they never seemed to learn). I asked one of my co-workers what was happening, and she mutely pointed to where my boss was pulling a TV on a cart out into the aisle of our floor where everyone could watch it. When I say I was clueless, I was clueless.
"Things involving the computer fill me with a childlike terror. Now if it were a nice ogre or some such, I'd be much more in my element."

I don't remember anything from the days leading to it. But the mourning of 9/11 felt quite strange to my senses, everything felt strange that mourning. I
couldn't figure out why. I live in a heavily populated city to the north of NYC, so that probably explains part of it. It was I think the third day of my
new term in College, so that aspect of my life was somewhat new. But the whole feeling I was receiving was quite different, you could feel something different
in the air. I was stuck wondering what is that, this is a strange feeling.
Around two hours into my school day I started hearing news that planes crashed into buildings in New York. Which pretty much explained the strange feeling. The feeling didn't even start going away until the next day. |

precog dream of 9-11 | ||
|
Two nights before 9-11 I had a horrific nightmare in which I was in an office of a very tall building when all of a sudden the building started swaying back
and forth drastically. I fell to the floor and I could see desks sliding across the room, people were screaming. I also specifically remember watching pencils
rolling back and forth every time the building swayed. I couldn't understand what could make such a tall building sway back and forth. It was one of the
scariest nightmares I've ever had and I had difficulty waking myself up to escape the nightmare. Usually I can exit a dream fairly easily but not this
one. It so effected me that when I got up that morning I told my family about the dream. They are use to my wild dreams so nothing surprises them anymore.
Two days later I was sitting at my desk at home doing some work on the computer when the TV beside me was on CNN and they started showing the events. I'll
never forget that dream, what I suffered through in the dream was nothing compared to what the people that were in those towers experienced. I think this may
have been a precognitive dream. PJ

Wow that is amazing that people can dream stuff before it can happen. There was a man who told me he had a dream of New York being bomb again and I wonder if
anyone else has had any dreams of another attack?
By a soft answer wrath is turned away, but a bitter word is a cause of angry feelings.

Have you ever heard of the random event generator? It is a machine that shows spikes or peaks during periods of great traumas, disasters or events that occur
around the world. It peaked HUGE before, during and just after 9-11. I believe around 5 am it was really high, which indicates many people knew about the event
4 hours before it happened around 9 am.
It has proven accurate when there was the tsunami around Christmas a couple of years ago, and other such events. I read about this a long time ago, just wondered if anyone else had ever heard of it. Here's a link to info on it. There are many on the Web: http://www.damninteresting.com/random-event-generators-predict-the-future |

I had never heard of the random event generator. I reviewed several sites and my main question is this, who interprets the number sequences and gives meaning to them? It sounds very interesting I'm just not sure I understand exactly how it works. Having experienced some of the things I have in my life I know anything is possible. I always try to keep an open mind over issues such as these because the mind is like a parachute, it works best when open! Could you share your understanding of how this works? I'd love to know. PJ |

hmm never have heard about that rain, personally I didn't pick up on it at all until the announcement came over the intercom. Soon as it turned on I
freaked and grabbed my desk really tight cuz I had a sudden wave of nausea come over me and grief. So it was literally seconds before that I even realized
something bad was about to happen. My problem was with the shock and everybody afterward, being empathic I got an overwhelming headache and couldn't
control my emotions at all, I ended up having to leave school because it got so bad.
**edit** I forgot the original reason I was going to post was that I actually found a book about predictions of the new millenium and multiple people who were psychic and were interviewed in the book stated that there would be a great catastrophe in new york city just after the turn of the century and it discussed the war on terrorism as well. The creepy thing was when I checked the copywright year it was written and published in 1971.

Blessings yojoe05,
Wow.. What was the name of the book? I go to the library all the time and I have seen other books like the one you mentioned but I do not recall about the New York either?? Rain.. I never heard of the randon event generator.. I am going to check that out tonight.. In fact, I just went to that site and was reading it over and I found this link that actually show all the events it has talked about...
