I'm not sure if this counts but the Deutsche Bank AG building which is set kitty corner from the World Trade Center, and actually damaged by debris, was said to be called "that accuresaid building" (cursed) by that company. Since 9-11 nothing really went well for the company and especially anything concerning the building which just sat thier vancant. As it sat there, a drain to the company, because to totally refurbish the building was not cost affective. So they decided to demolish the 40+ story building slowly from the top down. During this slow dismantling a fire broke out at about 17th story and raged for hours. This fire sadly took the lives of 2 firefighters.Fire Story here.. After the fire they continued to dismantle the building and had a another accident, few days later, where they somehow lost control of a 3 ton piece of equipment called a pallet jack. Its like a fork lift that you walk behind instead of riding it. They "accidentally" drove it off the top of the building and it landed on a shed where 2 fire fighters/investigators were located. They were injured and are said that they will make a full recovery. But it makes you wonder if there is some negative energy with the surrounding buildings. This was also one of the buildings where they found bone fragments years later.
